  • What is the cost to have my wedding at Brookdale Farms?
    Brookdale Farms is an affordable wedding venue for your dream farm wedding. The final cost is determined by the location you rent on our property, the day of the week you choose for your event, the number of guests and food and beverage choices. For Friday and Saturday evening weddings, there is a 150-person minimum and a 100-person minimum for Sunday weddings in peak wedding months. Cost for Ceremony - $500 with reception or $1,500 for ceremony only Reception Rental Cost $4,500 - Silo Point (holds 450 people) *Includes Wedding Day Coordinator $3,500 - The Barn (holds 250 people) *Includes Wedding Day Coordinator $2,500 - The Barn (Sunday afternoon or evening) *Includes Wedding Day Coordinator $750 - The Pavilion (holds 150 people max) $2,000 - The Pavilion and Tent (holds 350 people) $1,500 - Tent (holds 275 people) 2024-25 Friday & Sunday Wedding Special Secure this special pricing for remaining 2024-25 Fridays & Sundays! • $4,500 venue rental, ceremony, decor, and Photo Booth at The Barn. • $5,500 venue rental, ceremony, decor, and Photo Booth at Silo Point. • PLUS, only $49 per guest for food & beverage.   • Can we use our own caterer or liquor package?
    No. We have a contract with Andres Banquets & Catering, meaning that they are the sole catering provider for weddings at Brookdale Farms. They take on the full responsibility for the catering of the event, working to ensure that you and your guests enjoy delicious food on your special day. There are many great menu items to choose from. Click here to view menu choices. For the safety of our guests, we cannot allow outside alcohol to be brought into Brookdale Farms. Brookdale Farms has a liquor license and will provide all of the bar services required.
  • Can I bring in my own cake, DJ, etc.?"
    Yes, you can use your vendors for everything except catering as these vendors are important to fit your own style and preference.
  • Can we decorate our own wedding venue?
    Yes, you can decorate our venues to your liking! All of our weddings are provided tables, chairs and linens. Ask us about one of our preferred vendors that will even help you collaborate and decorate for you! We are here to help you simplify your day as much as we can!
  • Do you have a room which the bride/groom can use before the ceremony?
    Yes, we have a variety of locations on our property which can be used by the wedding party throughout the day.
  • Do you offer rehearsal dinner packages?
    When you book with us, you receive a complimentary one-hour rehearsal time for your wedding. In addition, we also offer rehearsal dinner packages as well.
  • Can we take pictures on the farm?
    Yes! We have 320 acres of land that are yours to take pictures on. Many brides have enjoyed taking a hayride around the farm with their wedding party for pictures. Some brides have shot the Pumpkin Cannon in the fall, while others like to use our petting zoo for photo opportunities. The possibilities are endless.
  • Does Brookdale Farms help set up on my wedding day?
    Yes. 30 days before the big day, we will have a final meeting to discuss details including food, beverage preferences, table and chair setup, and ceremony location. Brookdale Farms will set up for the ceremony itself; all you need to do is show up.
  • What do I need to secure my date?
    We require a $1,000 deposit in order to secure the date. The remainder is due two weeks before your wedding.
  • I think I want to have my wedding at Brookdale Farms. What do I do next?
    Give us a call at (636) 938-1005 x1 to set up a time to meet with our Wedding Coordinator. During this visit, you can view the different locations available to you, learn more about your options, and gain inspiration for your dream wedding. In order to secure your date, we require a $1000 deposit.
